Our Islamic School

Darul Arqam provides an enriched learning environment that aims to help students progress spiritually and academically. Historically, Darul Arqam was the name of the first Islamic school where teaching and learning took place in a house with the Prophet (PBUH) as the teacher and the first Muslims as its students. In the same spirit, we are introducing a modern-day Darul Arqam in Kenner, Louisiana, where we aim to launch an Islamic learning center for children and adults ages 7 and up. The faculty at our institute consists of traditional American scholars who are dedicated to imparting sacred Islamic knowledge to the next generation of Muslims and giving them the tools to conduct their lives according to the teachings and the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
